Yes, we are accepting both food vendors and non food vendors for the Music part of the festival on Saturday, May 28. All vendors can apply here. If you have questions or concerns, please email vendors@indietribe.us.
How Do I Become a Vendor?
This is a curated market, so all vendors must go through an approval process. For more insight on our selection process, please read the "How are vendors selected" section below.
After you apply, you will receive an email within 2 weeks if you have been accepted, and must pay the vendor fee within 48 hours to confirm your spot. Due to limited space not everyone who applies will be accepted.If we contact you and do not hear from you within 48 hours, your spot may be given to another vendor on the waitlist.
How are Vendors Selected?
In terms of selection criteria, the amount of followers you have does not matter. We are only looking for a level of professionalism, thoughtful branding, and quality products that stand out when making our choice. We also prefer vendors that have their own brand and products vs. reselling products. You must be able to provide a website or Instagram account where we can view a variety of what you will be selling or services you will be offering. Our team thoughtfully reviews each application to make sure they're a good fit for the market atmosphere first.
How Much Does it Costs to Be a Vendor?
Retail Vendor Tier 1 - $100: Includes 10x10 space for setupRetail Vendor Tier 2 - $250: Includes 10x10 space for setup, eBlast Vendor Highlight to 15,000+ contacts, IG Feed Post to @holysmokefest.Food Truck Vendor - $350: Includes space for setup, eBlast Vendor Highlight to 15,000+ contacts, IG Feed Post to @holysmokefest.Please note that all vendors will be placed outdoors and you're responsible for your own setup. We will NOT be providing any tents, tables, or chairs.You must pay your non-refundable vendor fee within 48 hours of receiving an acceptance email. Please add our email as a contact so it doesn't go to spam. Failure to make payment by the date given in that email will lead to your spot being given to another vendor on the waitlist, so please be responsive.
Do I Need to Bring my Own Tent, Table, and Chairs?
Yes, as a vendor you are responsible for your entire setup. We do not provide any tents, tables, or chairs. All vendors will be outdoors.
